Refund policy
Darcie Doll prides itself on high quality finished products and are sure all customers will be more than satisfied with their order, and due to the nature of the business and that all items are handmade to order, I unfortunately at this time do not offer refunds or exchanges. All items are carefully inspected before dispatch to ensure 100% that there are no faults or marks on the fabric, therefore any items attempted to return for this reason will be automatically declined.
All items have a very detailed description regarding sizing and fit so please read this before purchasing as sales are final.
At my discretion, I may or may not offer to exchange an item for an alternative size, but only for the following reasons:
- The product can only be exchanged for the same style and colour.
- The product is returned, unworn with tags attached and no smell or signs of wear. If this occurs then the offer to exchange will be forfeited and the buyer must pay for for the item to be returned to them at their expense.
If this is to occur, the item must be actioned and returned to me immediately within 7 days of you receiving the original order via a tracked service. All return postage is to be paid by the customer. The customer is also liable to pay for the new shipping of the correct size. No refunds or reimbursement will be paid for this.
