Before you contact us for an order update, please work out if your order is still within the 10 working day period. Working days are not Friday, Saturday, Sunday or bank holidays. If it is still between the wait time then we ask that you refrain from contacting us for an update as there won’t be one. There will not be any update until your order is marked as shipped and you will then receive an email with tracking details. We appreciate you are excited to receive your order but the time scales are clearly stated on the website. Thank you ☺️
